Women empowerment is empowering women to make their own decisions for their personal development as well as social development.
Empowerment of women would mean encouraging women to be self-reliant, independent, have positive self-reliance, independent, have positive self-esteem, generate confidence to force any difficult situation, and incite active participation in various social-political development endeavors.
Women empowerment simply means empowering women educationally, socially, economically, politically, and psychologically. Women Empowerment refers to educating women and helping them build an identity of their own.
It promotes the ability of women to determine their own choices and their rights to influence social change for themselves and others.
In ancient times, women were treated very badly by family and society. They were not given education and were only restricted to doing household tasks. They were kept completely oblivious of their rights and development.
Education for girls must be made compulsory so that women can become literate to make a life for themselves.
Parents must teach their daughters that it is okay to come home divorced rather than in a coffin. The prime keys to women’s empowerment contribute to the process of gaining control over self, over ideology.
If they are appropriately well-educated richly skilled and amply alert, they automatically get empowered. Therefore, providing equality in educational opportunity plus special provision to empower them certainly lead them to their complete empowerment.
Secondly, economic independence importantly contributes to women’s empowerment. If women are economically independent, they will be automatically empowered.
Women are now well educated and self-dependent. They have become a success in many fields like politics, sports, education, technology, entertainment, etc. Tody’s progressing world has brought new hope and has empowered women positively.
Earlier women were dependent on father or husband, but now they have become capable enough to earn their living. Mother Teresa, Kalpana Chawla, Pratibha Patil, Indra Nooyi, P.V. Sindhu, and many more have become successful in their fields. They are idols for youth across the world. The role of women in today’s society is really important.
Women are equally important in society. Today’s women are contributing equally well to the country’s development and progress.
To conclude, women should be encouraged to learn new things and do something apart from household works. They should be given equal opportunities in all fields. They should be given the freedom of choosing their career and making their decisions in life.

महिला सशक्तिकरण महिलाओं को अपने व्यक्तिगत विकास के साथ-साथ सामाजिक विकास के लिए स्वयं निर्णय लेने के लिए सशक्त बना रहा है।
महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण का अर्थ होगा महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर, स्वतंत्र, सकारात्मक आत्मनिर्भरता, स्वतंत्र, सकारात्मक आत्म-सम्मान, किसी भी कठिन परिस्थिति को मजबूर करने के लिए आत्मविश्वास पैदा करना और विभिन्न सामाजिक-राजनीतिक विकास प्रयासों में सक्रिय भागीदारी को प्रोत्साहित करना।
महिला सशक्तिकरण का सीधा सा अर्थ है महिलाओं को शैक्षिक, सामाजिक, आर्थिक, राजनीतिक और मनोवैज्ञानिक रूप से सशक्त बनाना। महिला सशक्तिकरण का अर्थ है महिलाओं को शिक्षित करना और उन्हें अपनी पहचान बनाने में मदद करना।
यह महिलाओं की अपनी पसंद और उनके अधिकारों को स्वयं और दूसरों के लिए सामाजिक परिवर्तन को प्रभावित करने के लिए निर्धारित करने की क्षमता को बढ़ावा देता है।
प्राचीन काल में, परिवार और समाज द्वारा महिलाओं के साथ बहुत बुरा व्यवहार किया जाता था। उन्हें शिक्षा नहीं दी जाती थी और वे केवल घर के काम करने तक ही सीमित रहते थे। उन्हें अपने अधिकारों और विकास से पूरी तरह से बेखबर रखा गया था।
लड़कियों के लिए शिक्षा अनिवार्य की जानी चाहिए ताकि महिलाएं साक्षर बन सकें और अपना जीवन यापन कर सकें।
माता-पिता को अपनी बेटियों को सिखाना चाहिए कि ताबूत के बजाय तलाकशुदा घर आना ठीक है। महिला सशक्तिकरण की प्रमुख कुंजी विचारधारा पर, स्वयं पर नियंत्रण पाने की प्रक्रिया में योगदान करती है।
यदि वे उचित रूप से अच्छी तरह से शिक्षित और कुशल और पर्याप्त रूप से सतर्क हैं, तो वे स्वतः ही सशक्त हो जाते हैं। इसलिए, शैक्षिक अवसरों में समानता प्रदान करना और उन्हें सशक्त बनाने के लिए विशेष प्रावधान निश्चित रूप से उन्हें उनके पूर्ण सशक्तिकरण की ओर ले जाता है।

महिलाएं अब अच्छी तरह से शिक्षित और आत्मनिर्भर हैं। वे राजनीति, खेल, शिक्षा, प्रौद्योगिकी, मनोरंजन आदि जैसे कई क्षेत्रों में सफल हुए हैं। आज की प्रगतिशील दुनिया ने महिलाओं को नईआशा दी है और महिलाओं को सकारात्मक रूप से सशक्त बनाया है।
पहले महिलाएं पिता या पति पर निर्भर थीं, लेकिन अब वे अपनी जीविका कमाने के लिए पर्याप्त रूप से सक्षम हो गई हैं। मदर टेरेसा, कल्पना चावला, प्रतिभा पाटिल, इंदिरा नूयी, पी.वी. सिंधु, और कई अन्य अपने क्षेत्र में सफल हुए हैं। वे दुनिया भर के युवाओं के लिए आदर्श हैं। आज के समाज में महिलाओं की भूमिका वास्तव में महत्वपूर्ण है।
समाज में महिलाओं का भी उतना ही महत्व है। आज की महिलाएं देश के विकास और प्रगति में समान रूप से योगदान दे रही हैं।
निष्कर्ष निकालने के लिए महिलाओं को नई चीजें सीखने और घर के कामों के अलावा कुछ करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाना चाहिए। उन्हें सभी क्षेत्रों में समान अवसर दिए जाने चाहिए। उन्हें अपना करियर चुनने और जीवन में अपने निर्णय लेने की स्वतंत्रता दी जानी चाहिए।
